We target mid-to-late stage companies that market mission critical technologies and have achieved market and customer adoption with revenues of $10 - $25+ million, defensible enterprise value and proven leadership.
We are long-term partners to our portfolio companies and have the flexibility and capacity to invest between $10 - $150+ million in each over their life cycles.
Shant Sood
Managing Partner, Co-Founder
Principal investor with successful track record of investing in private companies and complex assets. Past experience includes growth equity and debt across a range of technology sectors (wireless, software, business services, venture debt), specialty lending, and special situations.
Mr. Sood received a BA, Magna cum Laude, in Math and Economics as a College Scholar from Cornell University (with a year at Oxford University), and an MBA from Wharton.
